Established in 1995, Complete Heat, Inc. is a locally owned service company providing
quality, name brand products, installed and serviced by qualified, trained and certified technicians.
The company started at a small shop and showroom at 286 Central Avenue in Lancaster.
Because of its superior quality and local roots, the Carrier brand quickly became the
companies flagship brand. Working within the rigorous quality and integrity guidelines paid off
when Complete Heat became a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer in 2003. Complete Heat has
maintained that coveted status, achieved by fewer than 5% of heating and air conditioning
contractors nationwide, ever since.
I In 2003 the showroom and hearth shop moved to the more convenient and larger location
at 3474 Walden Avenue . Early in 2005 the showroom expanded to 3000 square feet boasting
more than two dozen working fireplaces and stoves and accessories displays.
As energy prices skyrocketed in 2005, pellet stoves were added to the product line to offer
consumers another alternative for reducing energy bills.
Another home comfort product, the Home Standby Generator , is offered by Complete
Heat. In addition to the Carrier brand product, Complete Heat is Factory authorized by Guardian
and Generac.
At Complete Heat, every effort is made to create a comfortable environment for making
decisions about heating, air conditioning and hearth product. An environment to which you will
want to return and refer your friends, family and neighbors. We are committed to providing Peace
of Mind service.
In addition to the Carrier Brand, other manufacturers have recognized Complete Heat’s
dedication to superior quality and have granted Factory Authorized status. Those brand include:
Payne, Bryant, Cambridge, Rheem, ICP, AprilAire, Dunkirk, Reznor, Goodman, Janitrol, and
Amana.
As our hearth shop expands, we continue to add quality manufacturers to our list of
partners. Currently Complete Heat is Factory Authorized by Napoleon, Regency, Lennox Hearth
Products and Country Stoves.
